What happens after I place an order? A contract is formed once we confirm it. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or fraud concerns.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, to Canada, Taiwan, and China. Please note: You are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and local regulations. Because of the complexity of international shipping, these sales are final.
What if my order is damaged? Contact us at within 7 days of delivery. Otherwise, we cannot accept returns for international orders.
